But Armaan Ali has a story to tell. The story he tells is a humorous and often hilarious account of the events and happenings that delayed him from returning after a month. After the great success of Welcome to Sajjanpur, Shyam Benegal has tried to introduce a new theme of happy comedy with rural backdrop. Story theme of Well Done Abba revolves around a driver who works in Mumbai. He returns his village to find a match for his daughter. He spends his life about 3 months in his village. So, his senior wants to fire him.
In this condition, he prepares a story to tell them the reason of not coming. The story is as humorous as interesting. It comes with events of rural backdrop just like Na Ghar Ke Na Ghaat Ke movie. Well Done Abba 2010 movie has taken the aspect of political satire also.
